Cute rockabily Dress - black lines |

Its a tight dress in the top and very loose in the skirt, kinda like those swing dresses from the 50's, 60's.
Bright colors and black lines in the top that are mainly decorative. The lines balance with the black ribbon that's at the end of the tulle underskirt.
Maybe cotton or polyester and tulle in the underskirt for volume |
