Hello Sailor Blazer

This nautical little blazer jacket hits at the natural waistline. It has an asymmetrical close and fastened by four big buttons, it be cute if they were to have anchors on them. There is white piping that lines the end of the quarter sleeves, entire collar and bottom hem. The collar is like that of a sailor's with the flap in the back and at the shoulders/top of sleeves there's a little pleating going on to give the shoulders a little poof. I've made two color options, navy blue and black.
