This fun design is an amazing top or could be lengthened a bit for a dress. High neckline almost turtle neck. with cut out shoulder for a touch of sexy. Long reverse point sleeves go to just above the wrist on bottom and 3/4 on top. An asymmetrical hemline to draw attention to detailed hem. Made in a fun tie dye material. Cute with leggings. PLUS SIZE FRIENDLY
