This outfit is another plus size fashion. The top is off the shoulder with elastic to give a better fit. 3/4 sleeves are open on the bottom side of the arm. Corseting in the back for an easy fit.Slight flare over the tummy and hip line. The skirt is a fun, broomstick style. Easy for everyday wear. Fit and flare for the plus size gals out there.
