The bottom is a pleated cotton skirt, can be in pretty much any color or print. It has a high waist with three buttons offset to one side. It has a hidden zipper on one side. The top is very light and flowy, it would look best in white, ivory, or light pastels. This is negotiable however. This is a very eye catching and savvy outfit that is a must for every chic woman's wardrobe! |
