Ruffles Dress
I liked this top so much that I decided to make it into a dress and see how it does. I took the bodice and made go further down on the hips. I added buttons to the front and ties for fitting and looks to the back. I took the beautiful ruffled edge and pulled it out into a full tiered ruffled skirt which is now closed down the middle. As a finishing touch I changed the collar to a shawl collar.
