Sexy Illusion Neckline Cocktail Dress
This show-stopper dress is made of satin with a cotton/jersey blend waistband. The satin forms a strapless neckline with chiffon draped over one shoulder. The chiffon floats over the satin neckline and ends at the waistband. This dress is definitely a head turner.
