Three-Layer Retro Dress
Sleeveless square neckline, white fabric shirred bust with a small decorative black satin bow, thin black lace trim all around the neckline and under the bust, black satin piping down front and back to emphasize the silhouette, custom white paisley print, black satin lace up in the back.
