This high waist-banded skirt features an ankle-length tail at the back with three tiers of ruffles. The edges of the ruffles are trimmed with black fabric. The same fabric is used to make a large bow detail at the back, the tails of which should ideally be cut at an angle, and broadly, to form elegant waterfall ripples to behind the knee. The front of the skirt is signification shorter than the back, as a mini-skirt. It is slightly gathered and raised at two points by twin ribbons coming down from the waist. Time permitting, I'll submit some alternative versions of this skirt. |
