Vested Ruffle Dress |

Strapless dress with a ruffled skirt, drop waist with black trim under bust. Removable two-button underbust vest with cap sleeves and a tie in the back to make it adjustable. Could be in any color, I chose red because it seems to be what they usually make things in. I'd love to see it in green, pink, or polka-dot! |

Yeah I know, right after I submitted it I saw Rifah's and I actually commented on it, telling Rifah I just submitted something similar. LOL... I don't think Rifah minds. Like I said on my comment for Rifah's design, great minds must think alike. LOL J/K |

This is gorgeous, I think Rifuh submitted one very similar recently though, just without the tiered/rara skirt section. |
