Such as 2nd designer's influence and different timing period can make a minor or greater change for reconsideration. I think that is an excellent opportunity for everybody, both win, win situation. I love this design but I really think in the first place that this design had to be in production ,than CS would've made it in many colours. On the other hand, you honour the design by giving it these beautifull colours. As this site is run by Chicstar that matter should be asked directly to Chicstar because from my end there has never been a rule stating a color alteration is not allowed. As color is quite a big part of presentation alone. Also if the original designer had a problem with this alteration it would be their right. I often change the color of some protos for alteration, and often change other bits as well. This one looked nice I thought as is so I presented it in the purple, similarly I did the brown and black as well. I have seen countless comments pleading for more colors and as I don't even recall someone even mentioning before that they had a problem with it (designers included) yes this is a color change alteration. Just as it clearly and simply states in the description. Honestly the rest of the comments I can't even make sense out of as they are essentially just random blabbery with no real purpose other than to just stir up drama. As you can tell the accepted design was the black and even many of the accepted color protos are done in the proto stage black (however there are a few exceptions).
