black rounded fold down bustline that is made of 86 polyester and 14 spandex, not stiff cotton blended material. This has to be made of stretch material, the same material used in design #34383. High waisted pin stripe mermaid style skirt.

Chicstar makes the majority of their clothes out of black fabric, so even if this design were in a color besides black, it wouldn't really matter.
