This top has the look of a shrug worn over a bustier but it is one piece. High belted waist with two buckles that top the long lean line of the fabric ribbon. Two bows at the bottom. The side satin or cotton ribbon strips are attached to the bodice. It has a layered skirted look. Lace on the bust. Side zip. Can be made with cotton, satin or other CS fabric. |
