This dress has a WIDE collar that helps form the square neckline of this dress. The high waist belt is in a cutaway style which shows the contrast panel color while adding a unique touch. There are decorative buttons on the belt. The skirt is fitted to slightly above the knee and then it flares out at the knees. Two vents on each side allow for easy movement with style. Side zip.
