Three-Layer Retro Dress
Sleeveless square neckline, shirred bust with a small decorative black satin bow, thin black lace trim all around the neckline and under the bust, black satin piping down front and back (on every layers of the skirting) and a panel of custom print fabric (Rachael's # 1200) on the front/back/bust to emphasize the silhouette. The remaining black fabric on the sides is replaced with a solid red fabric.
