This full skirt dress has a wide, high waist Infinity Belt which is adorned with two small bows that top the front panels. Back of the Infinity Belt is solid, wide fabric. It has a sweetheart neckline with small ruffles on the bust. Elastic cuffs also have small ruffles. The skirting is full with two panels on the FRONT AND BACK. Same small bows are on the belt in the back of the dress. Ruffled hemline. The ruffles can be made with either satin, cotton or lace. Side zip |
