This is a knee length version of my current maxi length design also up for voting, as requested by Julie R :-). The top part is in wrap style, with functional belt. The side where the bow is, should open a little way down the waist (to the end of the White fabric maximum) with either small discreet White buttons or a small zip so that it can be worn by stepping into it or putting it on over the head. The skirt section has three tiered sections. This dress isn't supposed to be worn with a petticoat, it just has a lot of fabric/sweep which will move nicely when walking, I have just drawn the skirt section fully spread to show the sweep. updated version on an old design (design=4016 Blue and White Summer dress) that Rachael S requested I re-do to give it another chance.
