The top layer is pulled up with a strap that goes under the waist belt and folds over the belt and snaps on the strap, then there is a silver ring that connects the strap to the top layer that is folded up. The strap goes through the ring and snaps. The folded layer also has a strap that goes through the ring and folds over and snaps closed. You can also unsnap the flap and release the top layer for a asym hemline in the front. You could also use the snap straps to add your own adornments such as chains across the front from strap to strap or steampunk keys, watches or your steampunk goggles. |
