This is ankle length bustle back swag skirt. There are two skirt layers, an under skirt and an upper bustle back swag skirt. The under skirt has laces on the sides which can be used to draw up the sides of the skirt giving it Steampunk look.
The skirt buttons up the back and has corset laces in the front. |
