Hi B Beautiful! sorry I took too long to answer. I have a lot of classes and work.I use Flash and photoshop on an old laptop where I can draw onto the screen with a stylus. Thanks for the comments and thanks for taking interest. Thanks!

I kno. I must have had this in the back of my mind because I did another design which should be coming up with this but only no buttons and little bows. and also another one with black polkadots as the trim and panel parts. oh well.I would like the skirted part more full than the Chicstars dress. The other one should be up soon I guess. Thanks

I'm sorry. I didn't fully understand. I didn't get through all of the pages because there are so many pictures. There are tons of really great designs here. I did vote yes for this because it is a top that I would wear. I really like this style a lot. Thanks for the tips though, I appreciate any advise I can get. ;-)
