Sorry Melinda but I have to disagree. I'm a 38G (46" bust) and I wear either size 44 or 46 depending on the top style. Though I will say that the material for this dres shows everything! So buy a size larger or make sure you have one of those body slimmers to wear underneath if you are a bigger gal. But I LOVE this dress and got it in both colors!

No they don't. They run EXTREMELY small. I normally wear a 42 bust, and when my shirt got here, it fit my daughter who wears a 36.
