Hi Dolly, I see you posted about these.
I sell them and they do have an elasticized waist and also a drawstring on the side to adjust. Can't really advise you on how they fit, someone else can probably help with that.

I need this petticoat in white, but its only available in plus sizes. :(
I really hope it comes back in stock in a small (36) as I have a wedding to go to and really need a petticoat for under a dress I have.
