So my first review for the dress was back on Feb 29th 2012, the day I got the dress in the mail. Since then, I have managed to wear it a couple of times, however it has started to fall apart after these few months. It's very disappointing, because the dress is lovely. I would love to buy a new one, but the initial cost of the dress, plus the cost of alterations (the back top of collar so loose, also bust is loose) makes this a very expensive dress for only a few months of wear. It's a pity, because I got so many compliments at work when I wore it. Overall, just very disappointed. :-(

I got mine a couple weeks ago but need to make arm holes bigger I have to do that with any dress from here with sleeves. The top around the bust and neck is too big and the sleeves and mid section is too small. I'll deal with it though I just love the style of dresses chic star offers :)

I ordered this dress to wear for some local vaudeville events and also for prom (I'm a teacher). I wore it for the first time last night and got so many compliments! I love it and will be ordering other dresses soon.

Got this dress a couple of days ago. Have to say it's beautiful on. I thought it would have had a little more swing on it with a petticoat underneath but it really looks the part. Amazing delivery time. Will be back for more. Post photos later.

Just got this dress in the mail today and I love it! I have a few alterations to make however as the collar at th back of the neck is very large and gaping which makes the front of the collar and bodice sit funny. Once that's done, it will be perfect for work. There is a black smudge on the back of the dress in the white part, so hopefully that will come out when washed. Overall, I love it and will be ordering more dresses for work from here. :-)
