How is the waist of this dress? I have proportionally small bust (I'm a pear) and I'm wondering if I should get a bit smaller size if the waist stretch is generous so that the bust isn't too large for me. I guess that the hips are non-size?

This dress just came today...i order the blue in plus size 28...I love it...very comfortable..a little big on top but ok...Im bigger in the mid section than my chest and sholder areas and Im almost 6ft tall so I always order the bigger size...it is a pretty dress...
