It's a flare dress features a ruffled neckline with wide heart cut. Full skirt can be worn with or without a separately purchased petticoat. White ribbon belt with bow-knot at the back. The belt loopholes line up with the princess seams at the front. Ruffles at the bottom of the skirt. The petticoat is not included.

I love the dress but like the original two colors better. Black or purple with white would look better then one color.
