This high waist-banded skirt features an ankle-length tail at the back with three tiers of ruffles, the edges of the ruffles are trimmed with black fabric, with a large bow detail at the back, waterfall ripples to behind the knee, slightly gathered and raised at two points by twin ribbons coming down from the waist, with some buttons on the waist, a side zipper.
