I went to their store: http://stackeddames.com and I can not find an adress, phone number, name or owner of that business. Doesnt seem to be a registered businness. They also dont accept returns. Does seem shady when they use picture they are not allowed to publicize. Doesnt awnswer to emails and have no information abou themselves at the website.

As I said in the email response we never authorize this website to use these photos. They're using your photo as well as other customers, which is illegal. We've contacted them quite a few times but no response. We will be looking into this matter when find out which wholesale customer owns this
website. We do apologize for the problem.

Hi Melissa ! I have to say that I saw this few months ago... and your picture is there for all that time... I mention to Chicstar and send them e-mail about this because there at least a dozen of pictures of all of us on that web site but nothing had change since... Seller and retailler should not use your picture without your permission (10$ or not) it happen with other web site and Chicstar had them remove... I think you should insist... You own your image...

don't you get money for your picture? I think 10 dollars for it to be placed on the website, a website that is a wholesaler none-the-less...what did you think would happen if you put your picture on the INTERNET? Although if Chic Star wants to resolve this all they have to do is get the webmaster to disable the right click on pictures not available for retailers to use.

I DID NOT give permission to StackedDames.com or ChicStar.com to share my image with third-party wholesale clients. I am appalled that CS allows this to happen!!!!!! If this does not get resolved soon, CS will definitely lose my business, and the business of anyone I talk to.
