This dress has an empire line and features four darts in front and back for shape. The bodice is gathered slightly where it attaches to the skirt. A bow in front and buttons side in skirt. Side zip.

Really like this design. Would like to see it in production in other fabrics/ colours. Need more variety instead of black polka dots. Prefer without the split neckline.

Rec'd this yesterday in a 36 and I love it! Although now I can see what everyone's been saying about the size of CS's arm holes... they're quite snug indeed, even on a standard size.

I am looking forward to my proto (and I paid $50 dollars for mine) :) @ The many who found this dress so offensive. I am really sorry. I had no idea it would elicit such strong emotions when I was designing it.

Well, I like it. I guess it's great for me that a lot seem not to, as you didn't drive up the bids! I personally think the other one up for auction last batch (that went for $60+) is positively hideous.

I hope this makes it into production in a range of colors because I love the design, but did not bid on the proto because I am so tired of black w/ black and white polka dots! Amber, I'd be interested in seeing a version without the splug neckline detail as well, even though I do think it was an interesting idea (it looked nicer in your design than in execution sadly).

Joamber, no need to stress out, I wasn't insulting Patricia. I agree, her comments, and comments like them, are necessary. It's like people are afraid to post negative comments for fear of being ostracised or something. So yeah, thumbs up for that. But just the same, have you read some of her comments? They can be pretty unvarnished. (Like commenting on the Chicstar model's small bust, comparing it to a flat tire that needs helium? That's not witty, that's cruel.)

Agreed with Patricia- insulting but accurate. The design was so lovely, but the execution could have been much better. The neck strap looks unnecessary at best, silly at worst.
