This skirt has a high waist so it looks like in a corset or cincher style.It is fitted and there are two tiered ruffled in the bottom.There is a little bow in the side and six derocative buttons in the front.Side zip.

May I suggest a black lace overlay on the wide ruffle on the lower edge of this gorgeous skirt? Either an overlay or else an underlayer of taffeta or tulle to add dimension to the ruffles? Let me know when this proto will be for sale and at what price, please? Thanx!
