Victorian blouse with lace trimming around the neckline and down the front opening. The lace on the collar has two layers each is slightly ruched. There is also a trim layer with ribbon woven through at the neckline. The sleeve has elastic and a gatherd lace trimmed edge. Functioning buttons down the front and corset lacing tie back.
