Pin up dress that is fitted and comes down to the lower leg. It has an under bust belt with a bow in the back. The buttons on the waist are to help make a slimmer waist line because they make a V shape getting slightly closer together as they go down. The skirt part has a mermaid tail and full ruffles at the bottom. A side zipper to open and close it.
