Pin stripe and layered vest with gathered ruffle tail.The vest has a very tailored look and fit the shape of the waist and bust nicely,button down front that is functional.Fitted seams down the bodice and side buckles on each side of the vest is for adjustments. Corset tie in the back.

I agree about the location of the buckles, but that is only a matter of put them a little lower, overaal i like this top very much.

I totally agree with Dolly; an overkill next to the ill-fitting in the torso.The buckles are above and below the waist so that doesnot function as help to get a nice waistline.
