This pencil skirt is form fitting down to the knee, flares into a fishtail ruffle at the back past the knee and the front is slightly above the knee, the side lacing runs down both sides ending at the ruffled part, they can be tightened or loosened for custom fit, with a back zipper.

Standard size approx. length: 29 inches; Plus size approx. length: 31 inches.

Posting this comment to support those who wish this skirt makes it into production.I received the proto today having been the succesful auction bidder. It is very well made and the fabric is sturdy but not so thick that it could not be worn in the warmer months. High waisted as shown in the images, comfortable and easy to walk in. I'm 5'6 and the skirt sits as per the image. Nice piece indeed

I dunno who won this but I hope they are as happy as I am. The fabric is very thick and the piece well made. It is kinda like a ponte knit feel to it and will be great for fall and cool weather. Easy to walk in as the knee area is spacious.

they did a great job with this!! Kay, it's made of fabrics with a lot of stretch, so yes you will be able to move you legs If you've worn a wiggle skirt before it's supposed to keep your legs close so you have to wiggle your butt when you walk. :P You will be able to walk fine though.
