Mary, when I had an issue with an item that I purchased,I just emailed Chicstar directly and they fixed the issue right away and were very polite. I'm sure they will be eager to make this right if you just contact them through the proper channels (and send a picture of the defect). Hope this helps!

This is lovely, I would LOVE to get a hold of a bunch of these for my store, this type of style has always sold extremely well for me and the lacing is wonderful, lovely feyish sleeves, my customers would love this. Please, let's all be kind and offer constructive criticism and not negative words that really are not at all necessary. Remember that these desingers are people and deserve common courtesy and respect just like everyone else.

I wrote a comment a few days ago and do not see it posted!!! Received the black jacket and sleeves are 3/4 - just barely past the elbow - not like in the photo. Very disappointed.

How about we leave positive comments when we have something nice to say and abstain otherwise. One should take note that the dress previously referred to here is ALSO Daniela's design and certainly artists/designers have the option of altering, changing or updating their own designs to submit what they feel we as buyers are looking for. Designers listen to buyers' feedback and pay attention to present day trends and design or alter their own designs accordingly, it's their artistic right. I like this version even better than the other, it's adorable!

I would like this too but should be made with cotton/spandex as requested by designer, if it's made with poly I think it will just look cheap. This will be a very sharp dress if done right.
