Additional buttons and a split satin ruffle have been added to the waist of the skirt. The chiffon over-skirt is now gathered into a swoop and drapes around the skirt. The under-skirt still has the pleated ruffle which is now slightly fuller and longer. The bustle bow (which is larger) is buttoned to the waistband and is removable. The skirt is slightly shorter and has fishtail flair. |
