This Victorian inspired skirt is floor length and has an attached OVERSKIRT. The OVERSKIRT can be worn loose and flowing around the full skirt OR it can be either HALF BUSTLED or FULL BUSTLED for a truly romantic look. This skirt is LAYERED so the full skirt underneath is a whole skirt with the SECOND BUSTLING LAYER atached to the waistband. The front waist has delicate corset ribbon lacing detail and the edges of both the full skirt and overskirt are accented with lace.
