When are the blue and black being restocked in 20's?

Oh I do hope it comes out in blue, as I'm utterly tired of only being able to buy things in black, or polka dots, as red looks really terrible on me.

I would like to see this, and I would hope that it was actually blue/tourquoise/teal if it went into production, because while I do wear black quite often, it would just be nice to see some color selection here on CS, and this has been drawn up as a lovely example of what a design could look like with some actual, y'know COLOR (that isn't white/black/red/polkadot/plaid).

While I love the design, I'm a little meh about the red. I think a different color would be good for this. Maybe a steel grey or a deep plum/eggplant. The choices on CS tend to be black or red for the most part, and not everyone can do red. So this in a plum brocade would be breathtaking, and flattering on a far greater number of people rather than CS's backup fire engine shade.

:flails:I'd love to have this, I'd love to have it in plus, and I'd love to have it actually fit my short self. (Which it wouldn't, things that are knee length on others, are ankle length on me, and this would drag all over the ground - even so, it's too beautiful to not have a chance at production.)

We haven't had many frilly skirts recently, and this one definitely fills a need, plus it's cute as all heck.
