This skirt is really cute and made out of a nice fabric. However, I'm barely 5' 4", and have a short torso, so the waist comes up SO HIGH on me, it nearly reaches my bra! However, it is quite comfortable beside that, and looks amazing with brown, red, or black tops. And the size chart is quite accurate. Best with wedges or heels!
