Its been 6 weeks since I sent the dress back. Either it was lost in the mail or someone intercepted it and no one knows anything. I sent back the dress as indicated on your website in the original packaging and provided the original receipt. I cant beleive just because a tracking number was not provided on the return that the dress has magically disappeared. I suggest that with the return instructions you also advise the customers to obtain a tracking number from the post office so that this problem does not happen to them. I really dont appreciate that I am pushed aside and told to wait patiently and will be notified when you receive the package. I have not received any notification of anything I check my email everyday. PLEASE HELP track the package down. It had a customs number on it, isnt there some way we can check to see if it when through customs? At least that far.

Unfortunately the post office stated they cant track it. I didnt due certified either. I had the original receipt in the package and all the paperwork and even the envelope that the dress had been shipped in. I have the customs info that was on the outside of the priority mail envelope I sent it in which is LC592225964US. But thats the only info I can provide. The order# 1255271 and the bar code on the plactic bag the dress came is CT318903. I am very sorry I was unaware that the post office didnt have a tracking number on the package. I called them yesterday and asked about that and they said they cant track it. Please help.
